A highly experienced senior-level executive, Erik Graf, President, has a broad range of fiscal and strategic responsibilities within the company. His primary job responsibilities are to ensure that all lines of business within the organization are running efficiently and within the budget set forth. He works with mid- to senior-level managers to devise a strategic plan that generates revenues, creates new opportunities for business and helps the company to remain competitive in the marketplace. Other responsibilities of Mr. Graf include overseeing the company’s public communications, financial statements, creating company and performance objectives, evaluating high- or low-performing businesses and teams, appearing in news media to proactively represent the company.
Sebastian Banica - Executive Director
Sebastian Banica, Executive Director, joined Frontal Communication in 2008, at just the right time, as he likes to say. By that time, the company had begun a major re-structuring process, and became Cisco Gold Partner with local support, in less than a year. An Engineering and Robotics Polytechnic University graduate, he was responsible for every major project where Frontal Communication was involved in the Romanian market. "I was lucky, but this luck hides a lot of hard work. And there’s a lot of hard work at the frontline, of course.
His overall function is to successfully manage all aspects of the organization and uphold its values. His main objective is to get his team to the top: the most performing and competitive team in the domestic IT&C area.

Ion Tabirca - Senior Director Business Services & Solutions
Ion Tabirca, Senior Director Business Services & Solutions, joined Frontal Communication in 2008. An Engineering and Robotics Polytechnic University graduate, his main role is to lead the Business Services & Solutions department, to oversee, guide and coordinate the planning and delivery of services and solutions to the customer and to contribute to and implement policy and strategy of the company.
Mr. Tabirca articulates the most critical issues for clients to meet their needs and develop a deep understanding of theirs short-term and longer-term strategy and objectives. Moreover, analyses complex data and together with the management team develops a strategic approach for the industry and the portfolio of Frontal Communication. Persistent, enthusiastic and a "hungry hunter", Mr. Tabirca is a consummate "rainmaker".
